Job summary

YO IT Consulting seeks a General Counsel on a contract basis to create and refine contract negotiation playbooks, draft and annotate commercial agreements, and guide best practices in contract management. You will provide expert commentary and curate materials for AI-training needs while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

The position emphasizes independent work, clear communication, and the ability to deliver actionable insights for project documentation and training purposes.

Qualifications

• Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.
