• 5+ years post-qualification experience in legal practice.
• Independently negotiated pre-M&A NDAs, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters.
• Worked in financial services legal environments on commercial contract negotiations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with sophisticated investment fund clients.
