Job summary

Smith, a leading independent distributor of electronic components, seeks a contracts lawyer to draft, review, and negotiate commercial, sales, and procurement agreements across global teams. You will advise business units, manage contract versions and approvals, and help develop templates and best practices for efficient negotiation in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial, sales, and procurement related contracts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with policies and objectives.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of contract versions, approvals, and execution status.
Provide guidance to business teams on contract interpretation and obligations.
Assist in developing templates, playbooks, and best practices for drafting and negotiation.
