Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of legal experience with HK/US regulatory frameworks (Fintech/Web3/Financial services highly preferred).
• Strong background in corporate law, commercial negotiations, and full lifecycle transaction execution.

• Demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing in-house legal teams.
• Exceptional analytical, contract drafting, and multi-project management skills with a strong capacity to drive cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English, paired with spoken Mandarin capabilities for global ecosystem collaboration.
