You will oversee drafting, negotiation, and compliance for all agreements, protect trademark, patent, and copyright portfolios, and align HK and US regulatory requirements.

English and Mandarin fluency are essential to collaborate globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of legal experience with HK/US regulatory frameworks (Fintech/Web3/Financial services highly preferred).
• Strong background in corporate law, commercial negotiations, and full lifecycle transaction execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to leadership and mitigate organizational risks.
• Oversee drafting, negotiation, and compliance for all agreements; protect IP portfolios (trademark, patent, copyright).
• Partner with internal compliance to establish robust policies and adapt to HK and global regulations.
• Direct litigation/dispute strategy with external lawyers to protect company interests.
• Mentor and manage in-house legal staff to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
