Job summary

Venturenix Limited is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to lead Solution Architecture & Discovery for GenAI initiatives in Hong Kong. You will engage with internal stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and craft impactful AI strategies, and develop functional proof-of-concept agents, chatbots, and automated workflows using Dify, n8n, Open WebUI, and RAGFlow.

You will refine RAG pipelines, system prompts, and context management to maintain high accuracy, and draft technical documentation while

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in computer science or relevant studies
• At least 3 years of Post-graduate IT experience
• Practical background with GenAI, LLM orchestration, prompt design, and API integrations
• Strong analytical capabilities, clear communication, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Discovery: Engage directly with internal stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and formulate impactful GenAI strategies
• Develop functional proof-of-concept AI agents, custom chatbots, and automated workflows utilizing frameworks like Dify, n8n, Open WebUI, and RAGFlow alongside advanced LLMs (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen)
• Refine RAG pipelines, system prompts, and context management to maintain high accuracy
• Draft technical documentation, create standard prompt libraries, and lead hands-on workshops to support seamless internal adoption
