Zeal Group in Hong Kong seeks a results-driven PR and Communications leader to manage end-to-end media relations, content partnerships, and premium offline events in the Greater China finance/CFD forex sector.

The role focuses on strengthening brand mindshare through strategic media partnerships, real-time sentiment management, and high-impact offline experiences that drive customer trust and acquisition. Travel during event cycles is required, and prior fintech/forex exposure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of independently leading complex projects or large-scale communications/events.

Responsible for end-to-end management of media PR communications and premium offline events for the brand in the Greater China finance/CFD forex trading sector. Strengthen brand mindshare through PR content operations, financial media/KOL partnerships, and offline experience scenarios, supporting business customer acquisition and the development of a customer trust framework. This role is results-driven, focusing on communications impact and event conversion value. We prioritize talent who understands the finance/CFD forex industry, has first-principles thinking capabilities, and can deliver practical results.

Key Responsibilities

• Media Asset & Content Partnerships Maintain and expand a network of financial media, financial industry media, forex/trading self-media, and KOLs; drive high-quality exposure projects such as in-depth interviews, industry columns, regulatory analysis, investor education, and collaborative content; directly responsible for enhancing brand share of voice and content communications performance.
• PR Communications and Public Sentiment Management Monitor industry developments and brand public sentiment in real time; quickly identify risks and provide response plans; independently write PR articles, official statements, and communications plans; maintain a positive brand image and keep public sentiment risks under control.
• End-to-End Offline Event Management Independently plan full-scale events such as brand salons, industry press conferences/launch events, IB/affiliate events, and VIP client events, covering theme design, agenda planning, materials preparation, and budget control; liaise with and manage various vendors; responsible for on-site execution, multi-party coordination, and post-event performance review; accountable for event delivery quality and business conversion results.
• Concise communication and efficient collaboration: Precise and focused expression, centered on clear information delivery; able to efficiently engage internal and external partners and drive project execution collaboratively.
• Open and adaptable, strong stress tolerance: Flexible and positive mindset; able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced work environment; strong multitasking and pressure management capabilities.
• Proactively embraces AI tools: Has the awareness and willingness to apply AI tools to solve real work problems and improve work efficiency.
• Industry understanding and compliance sensitivity: Familiar with industries such as finance/CFD/forex/securities/futures/wealth management; understands the regulatory environment, customer profiles, IB/affiliate ecosystem, financial media and KOL ecosystem; able to navigate compliance boundaries in communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; major and industry background are not limited.
• Experience in marketing, PR, media relations, or events within finance/fintech/CFD forex/securities and futures/wealth management or related industries; experience at CFD/forex/contract-for-difference brokers or trading platforms is preferred. Candidates with 3+ years of work experience must have a proven track record of independently leading complex projects or large-scale communications/event cases.
• Possesses media, KOL, or event vendor resources, and has end-to-end capabilities in independent copywriting, event planning, and on-site execution; resources in financial/finance/forex trading media or KOLs are preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; high sensitivity to brand tone and content aesthetics.
• Work location: Hong Kong; able to accept travel during event cycles and a high-intensity execution pace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CFD/forex/contract-for-difference brokers, trading platforms, or fintech companies.
• Familiar with financial regulation, compliant communications, and investor education.
• Proven hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, event planning, data analysis, etc.
• Experience in cross-industry brand PR and end-to-end management of large-scale offline events.
• Strong network of financial media and industry KOL resources.
