Job summary

GF Securities (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced FICC sales professional to develop business opportunities among corporate and institutional clients with a focus on FX and rates products.

You will work closely with the trading team to tailor products and trading strategies that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master degree preferred, preferably in business-related disciplines.
• 3–5 years experience in corporate/institutional sales for FICC products (open to junior roles).
• Strong understanding of global FX market, macro cycles and currency volatility logic.
• Familiar with FX vanilla and structured products; pricing, hedging and client scenario use.
• Excellent client service, communication, negotiation and business development skills.

• Understand clients' need and work closely with the trading team to design and market suitable products or trading strategies to clients;
• Assist in new client onboarding and relationship maintenance;
• Comply with internal and external policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Master degree preferred, preferably in business-related disciplines;
• Relevant working experience in corporate and/ or institutional sales, focusing on FICC products, open to all levels of seniority (at least 3-5 years for a junior role);
• Profound understanding of global FX market, macroeconomic cycle and currency volatility logic, with sensitive market insight and independent market analysis capability;
• Familiar with full-range FX vanilla and structured products, proficient in product pricing logic, hedging principles and client scenario application;
• Possess professional client service awareness and excellent communication, negotiation and business development capabilities;
• Fluent English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin required.
