Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking a Senior Retail Banking Product Manager to drive strategy and management of FX and general banking services, including payroll, account opening, and safe deposit box products. You will lead payroll clients and coordinate cross-sector initiatives to launch new products and campaigns.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience and solid knowledge of local regulatory requirements, banking operations, risk management, and processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; possess commercial and general management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g., banking business management, financial business, product management, marketing, etc.).
• Applicants for the Senior Retail Banking Product Manager position must have at least 2 years of management experience.
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements and have a good understanding of the banking industry.
• Knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and processes; familiar with local product management for FX and general banking services (including FX, payroll, account opening, and safe deposit box).

Responsabilités

• Assist superiors in achieving sales targets and KPIs for FX and general banking services (including FX, payroll, account opening, and safe deposit box), and formulate strategies and product plans for related products.
• Manage the payroll client portfolio, drive cross-sector retail-corporate linkage initiatives, and coordinate and assist in leading the team to arrange product launches and sales activities.
• Effectively collaborate with other units to organize sales campaigns and training for relevant products to enhance sales capabilities. Maintain business relationships with external partners and explore new business opportunities.
• Monitor business and work plan progress to ensure that foreign exchange and general banking services products are executed in accordance with the unit’s overall strategy and plans.
