Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a senior Product Management professional to coordinate cross-border initiatives and drive governance across the group. You will oversee the Group Product Catalogue, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and lead digitalization efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical skills, English and Chinese communication, and experience in product lifecycle management within banking or fintech contexts.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, FinTech, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Banking product management or project management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of product governance, lifecycle management or data analytics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary coordinator with Product Management teams of Bank of China Head Office and oversee initiatives across BOCHK and Southeast Asia.
• Support formulation and governance of the Group Product Management Framework and policies.
• Establish and optimize the Group Product Catalogue for standardized lifecycle management.
• Lead planning and enhancements of the Group Product Catalogue Platform for centralized data management.
• Coordinate with business, risk, technology, operations and data teams on cross-border projects.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking and studies on fintech trends and digital transformation.
• Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Promote adoption of best practices, digital capabilities and innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
• Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory requirements and industry trends related to banking products.
