Job summary

Ebury Hong Kong, an office-based role, is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager with proven dealing, trading and account management experience to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients and execute deals. The CPM will provide bespoke FX strategies to minimise risk while driving growth and cross-sell across Ebury’s product suite.

The role focuses on relationship management, deal execution, and collaboration with a strong sales team to originate new business and expand wallet-share.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
• Experience in FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling other financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with Business-level English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a range of products including FX hedging, supplier payments financing, payments and cash management; upsell Ebury’s product capabilities.
• Collaborate with a large sales team to assist in business origination; understand clients' business environments to provide best solutions using Ebury's product suite.
• Know and understand competition's capabilities to position Ebury Banking solutions.
• Deliver on KPIs including revenue, reducing churn, and increasing wallet-share.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and confident presentations of ideas and updates.
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients.
