The Hong Kong Jockey Club is launching its HKJC 2027 Management Trainee Programme, a three-year accelerated leadership track designed for high-potential graduates.

Participants rotate across functions, gain cross-functional experience, work with senior managers on strategic projects, contribute ideas to improve operations and community initiatives, and prepare for future management roles within the Club.
