Job summary

Kokuyo Workplace Hong Kong Limited is looking for a Project Coordinator to supervise furniture installation on-site, ensure smooth project completion, and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

The role requires at least 2 years of fitting-out experience, HKDSE Form 5 graduates are welcome, and good skills in Word and Excel. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Project Supervisor role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in fitting-out projects.
• Form 5 (HKDSE) graduates will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Initiative, mature, independent, customer-oriented, and hardworking.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Project Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination support and on-site supervision to ensure smooth completion of furniture installation work.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, site activities, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for project execution.
• Maintain documentation and prepare basic progress reports.
• Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
