Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking an experienced asset management operations professional to manage end-to-end ETF operations and support daily fund activities in a Hong Kong-based role.

You will oversee ETF basket creation/redemption, trade processing, settlement, FX execution, cash management, NAV support and operational reporting, while maintaining strong controls and audit trails.

Formación

• 6+ years in front, middle or back-office asset management operations.
• Strong knowledge of ETFs, fixed income, FX and derivatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end ETF operations including basket creation/redemption, trade processing and settlement.
• Support daily operations for fixed income funds and L&I products, including cash forecasting and hedging.
• Prepare daily operational reports and assist fund audits and tax reporting with proper SOPs and controls.
• Handle broker and counterparty onboarding including KYC and ongoing due diligence.

• Manage end-to-end ETF operations, covering basket creation/redemption, trade processing and settlement, FX execution, cash management, NAV support and operational reporting.
• Support daily operations for fixed income funds and L&I products, including cash forecasting, margin and collateral management, FX execution and hedging activities.
• Prepare daily operational reports and support fund audits and tax reporting, while maintaining process documentation, flowcharts and SOPs to ensure strong operational controls and audit trails.
• Handle broker and counterparty onboarding, including account opening, KYC documentation, ongoing due diligence and monitoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in front, middle or back-office functions within asset management, with strong knowledge of investment operations, particularly ETFs, fixed income, FX and derivatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may be considered for a Manager or more senior position.
