Job summary

AVALOK CAPITAL LIMITED is seeking a capable Middle Office professional to manage daily financial reporting and maintain data integrity in a fast-paced asset management environment.

You will oversee portfolio operations, upload daily figures, and resolve position and cash discrepancies while coordinating with Portfolio Managers, Brokers, and Custodians. The role also involves updates to marketing materials and adherence to SFC/HKMA policies.

Qualifications

• Relevant middle office, asset management, or fund administration experience with familiarity in SFC/HKMA regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Fund Accounting Systems (e.g., FundCount, PFS-PAXUS, SEI Archway, or similar) is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling; macro/VBA is a plus).
