CSC (Corporation Service Company) is seeking a fund administration professional in Hong Kong to deliver high quality day-to-day services and maintain strong client relationships. You will act as the primary contact for clients and fund participants, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The role involves NAV calculations, reporting, payments processing, and preparing financial statements while coordinating audits.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or business; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ accounting experience, fund administration or asset management preferred.
• Auditor experience with fund accounting is welcome.
• Experience in Limited Partnership accounting is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and client servicing skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality day-to-day fund administration services and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as a primary day-to-day contact with clients and other fund participants to address requests and queries.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Calculate NAV, carried interest / performance fees, investor allocations; prepare/review reports and statements.
• Maintain accurate accounting books and monitor cash/investment transactions; reconcile regularly.
• Coordinate and process payments.
• Prepare financial statements; coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors.
• Report business issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist with client billing and monitor fee collection.
• Support implementation of new processes and procedures; collaborate across teams to address client needs.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned by supervisor.
