Job summary

Match Talent Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a developer to work within an Agile team, building applications and services. You will design technical solutions from business requirements and guide junior engineers on system enhancements and incident resolution.

The role involves building backend services, identifying defects early, and evaluating solution options for technical and business fit, with opportunities to lead a small offshore team.

Requirements

• Technical Skill: react native, nodeJS, Java springboot
• with recent Handson experience on Java Springboot.
• Ability of conducting technical analysis, able to troubleshooting independently and propose resolution
• Working experience of 3 years or above
• Experience in Agile Development
• Development Experiences for middle scale enhancements across application platform, Web related, batch job
• Development Experiences (Preferred) : Penetration Test vulnerability fixing
• Experience in leading 2-5 junior developers and with offshore team
• Good English communication, Native Cantonese speaking
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or similar relevant field
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as developer
