Chubb European Group Ltd. seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and daily operations of insurance application systems in Hong Kong.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of software engineering experience, strong Java and Spring Boot skills, and familiarity with Azure Cloud, Salesforce, SQL Server, and the full SDLC, with AI‑assisted development tools considered a plus.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot capabilities.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Salesforce, SQL Server, and SDLC.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily production support for insurance applications.
• Monitor performance, investigate incidents, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution.
• Analyze issues to determine defects, infra, data, or integrations.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Support frontend development and integration with backend services.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries and database objects.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, release, and post-production support.
• Follow SDLC, IT service management, security, and change processes.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, infrastructure, application, and global teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and support procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve system stability, automation, and user experience.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and code quality.
