Job summary

Venturenix Limited is hiring a Full Stack Developer / Application Programmer in Hong Kong to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The role includes API integration, vendor coordination, and end-to-end digital workflow automation.

You will work on AI-enabled parsing, clustering, and intelligent recommendations to support decision-making, with responsibilities spanning the full development lifecycle and documentation.

Qualifications

• A recognised bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with Spring Boot for microservices and RESTful API development; practical exposure to Generative AI (LLMs or AI-driven analytics).
• Government experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web application systems using modern frameworks and architectures.
• Digital Workflow Automation: Streamline administrative and operational tasks through end-to-end digitalization of documentation, inspection records, and reporting.
• AI Integration: Implement AI-enabled automated parsing, risk-based clustering, and intelligent recommendation generation to enhance decision-making processes.
• System Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full development cycle including user training, system testing, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• API & Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards, API integration requirements, and project timelines.
