Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to support applications within the Corporate Real Estate Technology portfolio in Hong Kong. You will drive automation, design and maintain deployment pipelines, and partner with vendor teams to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using GitHub, Jenkins and Ansible.
Experience supporting and maintaining production applications in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum.
Ability to review, validate and ensure software code quality, security and maintainability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience using AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenClaw.

Responsibilities

Support customer-developed and vendor-managed applications within the Corporate Real Estate Technology portfolio.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate solution design, prototyping and software development activities.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, test and resolve application issues and production defects.
Design, build and maintain automated testing and deployment pipelines using DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
Ensure compliance with customer technology governance, cloud usage policies and security standards.
Collaborate with vendor-managed service providers, technical delivery teams and Corporate Real Estate stakeholders to deliver technology-driven business value.
