Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in a fast-paced digital or creative agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee 360-degree digital and content marketing strategies, connecting content marketing, performance marketing, and influencer strategies into a cohesive, conversion-driven ecosystem.
• Lead campaigns as the senior Project Owner, guiding teams in data interpretation, A/B testing, and pivoting tactics to maximize client ROI.
• Lead pitching, negotiate scopes, and manage high-level expectations with premier clients as their strategic consultant.
• Ensure internal briefs are strategically sound and data-backed, coordinating between creative, performance, and tech teams.
• Drive AI-driven innovation by adopting AI tools and turning multi-channel data into actionable narratives.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain meticulous quality control on high-stakes digital projects.
