Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, or domestic OS.
• Experience with middleware such as WebSphere, Liberty, Tomcat, Nginx, BES.
• Familiar with VMware, SAN storage and backup software.
• Strong written and spoken Chinese/English; Cantonese helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage server OS, middleware, SAN, virtualization, and backup.
• Design and maintain HA/DR architectures for system environments.
• Monitor system environments and manage performance and capacity.
• Troubleshoot system incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
• Implement and maintain baseline configurations and security settings.
• Develop automation scripts (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Define backup strategies and verify backup integrity and success.
• Develop relevant policies, standards, procedures, and manuals.
• Participate in the bank's daily project planning and implementation.
• Track emerging technologies and provide optimization recommendations.
• Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; industry-recognized technical certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining at least one of the following: Server Operating Systems: Windows Server, SUSE Linux, Red Hat Linux, Kylin Server OS (or other domestic OS); Middleware: WebSphere, Liberty, Tomcat, Nginx, BES Application Server (Baolande); Virtualization: VMware, FusionCompute SAN Storage; Backup Software: NetBackup
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to adhere to bank policies and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Cantonese speaking ability is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
