• Drive revenue across Hotel and PBSA portfolios.
• Hunt, acquire, and convert new business opportunities.
• Manage pipelines, KPIs, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Handle incoming calls from customer hotline.
• Provide administrative support in Call Centre.
