ExxonMobil Hong Kong Limited is seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join the Global Trading technology team. You will design, build, and support production-grade applications for traders, analysts, risk managers, and commercial teams across energy markets.

The role emphasizes scalable frontend/backend development, data pipelines, and analytics tools with strong collaboration to deliver market-ready solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Experience building commercial/enterprise software.
• Strong Python skills and production-grade services.
• Experience designing REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong SQL skills; familiar with major RDBMS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-office applications for trading, analytics, risk, and optimization.
• Design scalable full-stack solutions with modern frontend/backend and cloud tech.
• Collaborate with traders, analysts, quants, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Build intuitive dashboards and analytics workflows to aid decisions.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipeline integrations.
• Create data platforms delivering timely market, risk, and fundamental data.
• Support pricing, market analysis, forecasting, and trading workflows.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and best practices.
• Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and security.
• Coordinate with cloud, infra, and platform teams for deployment.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD.
