Qualifications

• Experience as a Lead IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager focusing on Front Office change within financial services.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and business owners.
• Experience delivering IT projects across trading systems, financial applications, and AI development.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple departments to implement IT projects (financial applications, trading systems, AI development).
• Gather and analyse business requirements, map processes, and work with the technical team for delivery.
• Ensure alignment with business owners/users, project team, and vendors.
