Job summary

Our client, a tier-one global investment bank, is seeking a high-caliber Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive strategic business and technology initiatives across Equities and Fixed Income Sales & Trading desks.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary technology programs, coordinate regional initiatives, and partner with senior stakeholders to monitor deliverables, mitigate risks, and drive successful deployments globally.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive professional experience within a top-tier management consulting firm or major global financial institution.
• Strong foundational knowledge of investment banking, with deep familiarity in Sales & Trading operations and the front-to-back Trade Lifecycle.
• Background or strong working knowledge in technology delivery, systems architecture, and modern digital tools.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven track record of crafting high-impact, tailored deliverables for C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to align multi-stakeholder consensus across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex, multi-disciplinary technology programs spanning Application Development, Core Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Risk, and Technology Governance teams.
• Direct regional initiatives from concept to execution, efficiently orchestrating resources across diverse global locations and business lines.
• Partner closely with Sales & Trading desks, engineering leads, and technology risk managers to monitor deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure transparent tracking.
• Lead cross-departmental coordination across Operations, Finance, and Risk divisions to execute comprehensive user testing, migration, and production deployments.
• Facilitate strategic work prioritization by evaluating business demand against technology capacity and funding availability.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis, workflow assessment, and feasibility studies to validate potential technology investments before rollout.
• Uphold strict compliance with regional project management standards, regulatory mandates, and risk management frameworks.
