Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to drive regional initiatives for a leading investment bank in APAC.

You will partner with business, development and risk teams to define solutions, oversee UAT, deployment and ongoing support.

Requirements include FI or FX product knowledge, exceptional communication, and strong stakeholder influence across all levels. This is a high‑impact, growth‑oriented role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fixed Income or FX products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, producing high-quality documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management on regional initiatives to support the business.
• Collaborate with business, development, technology and risk managers to oversee initiatives.
• Define short, medium and long term solutions with developers.
• Manage end-to-end projects from requirements to deployment and support.
• Coordinate with users and stakeholders to agree on a common solution.
