Luxoft, a leading provider of engineering and technology services, seeks a seasoned professional to join its front-office Electronic Trading Technology team supporting Cash Equities across APAC markets. You will gather requirements, deliver technology solutions, and support electronic trading platforms in a low-latency environment.

You will interact with traders, clients, exchanges, and vendors, translating needs into robust technical solutions and driving market connectivity initiatives across

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Electronic Trading, cash equities or capital markets technology.
• Excellent communication skills interfacing with sponsors, clients and third parties.
• Solid understanding of cash equities trading workflows.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms and market connectivity.
• Exposure to front-office trading environments.
• Knowledge of exchange infrastructure and trading technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and client requirements within a front-office environment.
• Work directly with traders, business stakeholders, clients, exchanges and vendors.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Support electronic trading applications and troubleshoot production issues.
• Serve as a third-line support contact for complex incidents.
• Support exchange connectivity and market access projects.
• Participate in testing, deployment and platform enhancements.
• Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
