Job summary

Luxoft Hong Kong seeks an experienced trading technology analyst to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support front-office trading workflows. The role interacts with traders, clients, exchanges and vendors to implement robust connectivity and platform enhancements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, testing and deployment, and creating scripts to improve operational efficiency in a high-paced electronic trading environment.

Qualifications

• Strong 5 years' experience within Investment Banking, Electronic Trading, cash equities or Capital Markets Technology
• Excellent communication skills to interface with business sponsors, clients and third parties
• Good understanding of Cash Equities trading workflows.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms and market connectivity.
• Exposure to front-office trading environments.
• Knowledge of exchange infrastructure and trading technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and client requirements.
• Work directly with traders, business stakeholders, clients, exchanges and vendors.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Support electronic trading applications and troubleshoot production issues.
• Act as a third-line support contact for complex incidents.
• Support exchange connectivity and market access projects.
• Participate in testing, deployment and platform enhancements.
• Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
