Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is recruiting a Senior Java Developer for the Electronic Trading Solutions team. You will own high-throughput, low-latency equity trading platform components and partner with Front Office users.

You will work closely with traders and quants to design and implement order management workflows, optimize performance, and drive architecture from concept to production. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Java development with a focus on low-latency and high-concurrency.
Front Office electronic trading experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol, OMS, and market data handling.
Proficiency with Linux, messaging middleware, SQL/NoSQL databases, and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Front Office traders, quants, and desk leads to design and deliver high-throughput, low-latency electronic trading solutions.
End-to-end design and development of equity order management workflows.
Continuously optimize performance, memory management, and latency in Asian equity markets.
Lead architectural initiatives, automated testing, and continuous delivery from conception to production.
