Job summary

The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Ltd. is seeking a Business Manager to support the CPC team in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans for Disney’s brand and franchises in Hong Kong and Macau.

The role focuses on driving sales targets, creating engaging materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful market execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales track record, extensive network in retail or e-commerce, and experience in cross-border or import

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field from a top university.
6+ years of sales, brand development, and promotions experience in large multinational companies or leading regional IP firms.
Strong sales track record and cross-border/import experience.
Strong network with leading retailers and/or e-commerce platforms; experience with advertising agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive sales targets and implement marketing plans for CPC to build equity and sales of franchises.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and consumer messaging for all franchises.
Maximize partnerships and identify business opportunities across the IP portfolio.
Develop customized sales and marketing materials (pitch kits, sell-sheets, sizzles, video content).
Work with research teams to ensure metrics and consumer insights guide strategic decisions for growth.
