Job summary

A worldwide early childhood education organization in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced individual to manage relationships with franchisees in Hong Kong and Macau. The role involves ensuring operational alignment with the principal and providing advice for improvements. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of experience in the education or franchise business, and possess excellent communication skills. A good command of English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the Education industry or Franchise business.
• Strong sense of responsibility and capable of independent work.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with existing franchisees in Hong Kong & Macau.
• Ensure franchisees’ operations align with principal and provide advice for improvements.
• Monitor business progress and provide guidance to reach goals.
• Assist in company events and marketing activities.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
