Join in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time intern to support training logistics and retail operations, coordinating scheduling, materials, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless training programs.

You will manage stock levels, maintain inventory of facilities and equipment, update curriculum databases and schedules, and prepare reports for training analysis. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, plus proficiency in Excel and MS Office, is required.

Qualificações

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Passion for fragrances, cosmetics and Hermès universe.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Support training logistics and administration to facilitate training & retail operations
• Manage stock levels of training materials and operational grooming materials
• Maintain inventory of in-house training facilities and equipment
• Maintain updated curriculum database, training materials, schedules and records; generate reports for training analysis
