Job summary

Hermès Hong Kong is seeking a full-time intern to support training logistics and operations for six to nine months. The ideal candidate holds a related degree and is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with strong data analysis and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to work full time on a 6 to 9 month intern contract.

Responsibilities

• Support training logistics and administration to facilitate training & retail operations.
• Manage stock levels of training materials and operational grooming materials.
• Maintain inventory of in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Maintain updated curriculum database, training materials, schedules and records; generate reports for training analysis.
