Job summary

Dash Living Pte. Ltd. is seeking an agile FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial planning across APAC assets. You will translate financial data into actionable insights and partner with Sales to model pricing strategies and improve cash flow.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in FP&A or corporate finance within hospitality or real estate, with strong real estate KPIs and P&L management. Proficiency in Excel and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in hospitality or real estate.
• Strong understanding of property-level P&L dynamics and hospitality metrics.
• Advanced Excel; experience with BI platforms and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial planning across APAC entities.
• Deliver monthly management reports, dashboards, and board presentations.
• Track and benchmark property performance metrics (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, NOI).
• Model pricing strategies with Sales and Revenue teams; assess cash flow impact.
• Prepare investor reporting packs and asset valuation models with Asset Management.
• Drive cost reviews and efficiency initiatives to improve margins.
