Job summary

LVMH invites applications for the Manager/Assistant Manager – FP&A role covering Hong Kong and Macau. You will partner with operations, sales and marketing to steer the P&L, lead rolling forecasts, and drive performance narratives across markets and brands.

Expect involvement in cost planning, headcount analytics, and investment governance within a dynamic luxury group. You will leverage SAP and advanced Excel to model scenarios, monitor risks, and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business; CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A, business planning or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Confident business partner and communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with SAP and planning or reporting systems.
• Proactive, organized and able to lead planning cycles independently.
• Interest in AI and BI tools to improve FP&A processes and insights.
• Fluent in English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Hong Kong & Macau, acting as finance partner to operations, sales and marketing.
• Own monthly rolling forecast, O&R and annual AOP processes; coordinate inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Lead BPM and provide performance stories, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Monitor performance by market, channel, brand and product including overheads and OP.
• Prepare landing forecasts and actions from sales, orders, accruals, and provisions.
• Lead transfer pricing, pricing, margins and scenario simulations.
• Own and improve planning and reporting models; align with regional submissions.
• Overheads, workforce-cost planning and cluster analysis across North Asia.
• Develop investment-effectiveness analysis and governance over coding and WBS.
• Consolidate North Asia performance and translate inputs into management reporting.
• Simplify FP&A processes; drive automation and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting and market Finance teams on headcount and productivity analyses.
