Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting for a Senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning. You will prepare monthly management reports, analyse variances, and develop scenarios to guide investment decisions.

You will partner with operations to translate data into actionable commercial insights, create decision-support materials for senior management, and drive improvements in reporting processes and financial systems in a dynamic

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of FP&A, management reporting, and financial analysis experience.
Prior experience in a sizable multinational organisation or Big 4 preferred.
Strong financial modelling and the ability to translate financial data into insights.
Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP/financial reporting systems is an advantage.
Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Mansioni

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and performance commentary.
Analyse actual results against budget and forecast, highlighting variances, trends, and business drivers.
Support financial reporting activities, including period-end reporting, consolidation, and management review.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning and investment decisions.
Partner closely with operational and functional teams to provide commercial insights and recommendations.
Prepare financial presentations and decision-support materials for senior management.
Monitor business performance and key financial and operational KPIs.
Drive improvements in reporting processes, financial systems, and analytical tools.
Support ad hoc commercial analysis and strategic projects.
