Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an FP&A ED or Director for a brokerage firm based in Hong Kong. You will lead financial planning and budgeting, provide in‑depth financial analysis, and develop models to forecast performance.

You will collaborate across departments and supervise a finance team to ensure strong internal controls. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of FP&A experience in financial services, with brokerage background preferred, and professional qualifications

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in FP&A/financial analysis within financial services.
• Brokerage industry experience preferred (then banking).
• CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent professional qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A ED or Director should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
• 10 - 15 years of experience
• Brokerage is highly preferred then banking experience
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
