Job summary

Nahc in Hong Kong is seeking a Solution Consultant/Forward Deployed Engineer who bridges business needs with technical solutions, supporting sales conversations with discovery, demos, and quick AI-powered prototypes.

You will learn client pain points, shape high-level solutions, prototype to validate ideas, document requirements, and align scope with project managers—while staying current on AI tools and trends to drive future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong English and Cantonese communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand problems before proposing solutions.
• Experience with AI coding tools for prototype demos.

Responsibilities

Overview

Our client is a rapidly scaling B2B AI powerhouse that doesn’t just "do" AI—they build it into the DNA of enterprise workflows. Their clients range from NASDAQ-listed giants to major players in real estate and finance. They are now looking for a Solution consultant/ Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who is curious, driven, and able to bridge business needs with technical solutions—supporting sales conversations with discovery, demos, and quick AI-powered prototypes.

• Start with the real problem. Ask sharp questions and dig into a client’s pain points, systems, and workflows until you understand what’s not working and why.
• Shape the right solution. Turn business and technical requirements into a clear, high-level solution approach as a trusted technical advisor.
• Prototype to validate. Quickly build working proofs-of-concept and interactive demos using AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to test ideas and reduce delivery risk.
• Document with clarity. Write well-structured requirements and scope documents that a senior Project Manager can review and convert into a concrete project plan.
• Align scope and cost. Partner with Project Managers to define scope, assumptions, and effort estimates.
• Keep learning fast. Stay current on software tools and trends—especially in the fast-moving AI space.
• Grow your career path. Join sales calls, support proposals and presentations, and gradually represent the company at seminars/workshops—growing into a more technical Project Management role or a business Solution Consultant path.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A real enthusiasm for technology—side projects, hackathons, bootcamps, or anything you’ve built out of curiosity.
• You take time to understand the problem before suggesting solutions, and you can connect technical choices to business outcomes.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools to turn ideas into convincing prototypes quickly.
• Willing to read technical documentation and learn independently.
