Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is seeking a versatile Full Stack / Mobile Engineer with a Flutter focus to join our Insurtech client in Hong Kong. You will build and optimize customer-facing cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter, while gradually taking on backend services, microservices, and integrations.

Key requirements include fluent Cantonese and Mandarin for daily collaboration, strong Flutter expertise, and experience publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play.

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin for daily collaboration.
• Strong Flutter experience across mobile and web apps.
• Experience publishing on Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Solid knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and e-KYC workflows.
• Willingness to work across full stack, including backend services.
• Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is a must.

Responsibilities

• Mobile development: build and maintain customer-facing mobile and web apps using Flutter.
• App Store management: end-to-end deployment and release cycles for App Store and Google Play.
• Backend & API architecture: design scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Integrations & security: implement secure authentication protocols and local integrations (iAM Smart).
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with product, UI/UX, and business stakeholders in a startup environment.
