Job summary

Argyll Scott seeks a versatile Full Stack / Mobile Engineer (Flutter focus) in Hong Kong to build customer-facing apps across mobile and web platforms. You will extend into backend services, microservices, and third-party integrations, with emphasis on Flutter-based frontends and secure HK-local workflows.

Required Cantonese and Mandarin, with proven Flutter production experience and success publishing on App Store and Google Play. Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC and e-KYC is a plus.

Qualifications

Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin required for daily collaboration and local market alignment.
Hands-on Flutter development across mobile and web platforms.
Experience publishing and managing apps on Apple App Store and Google Play.
Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and e-KYC workflows.
Ability to digest API docs for local integrations (e.g., iAM Smart).

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize cross-platform apps (iOS/Android and web) using Flutter.
Manage end-to-end deployment, updates, and releases for App Store and Google Play.
Own backend development aspects, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Implement secure authentication and local HK integrations (iAM Smart) via OAuth2/OIDC.
Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders in a fast-paced startup.
