Job summary

Alma & is seeking a full-time Server to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. You will deliver attentive service, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and support daily floor operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for food and beverage, strong communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude. English fluency is required with Cantonese/Mandarin a plus. Training in service techniques, wine and cocktails provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate about food and beverage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude.
• Good command of spoken English; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to guests and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Provide quality floor service and interact warmly with guests.
