Lawyers On Demand (LOD) is the market-leading hub for flexible legal services, pairing consultants with clients across industries. We provide high-quality work on secondment, with both full-time and part-time assignments.

We are seeking legally trained professionals with 5–8 PQE who are commercially minded and have experience in general commercial, corporate, M&A or corporate governance. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin and the ability to start assignments on short notice are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyers with 5–8 PQE.
• Commercially minded with corporate/M&A or governance experience.
• In-house/secondment experience preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
• Available to start assignments at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal work across assignments.
• Manage client relationships and deliver commercial solutions across environments.
• Work on secondment in client organisations.
