Consilio LLC in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Legal Solutions Consultant to drive business development, client engagement, and transformation across Asia, leveraging secondments, structured teams, and technology-enabled services.
The role requires a qualified lawyer with in-house or corporate experience, strong operations insight, and the ability to advise Chief Legal Officers and General Counsel on talent, technology adoption and efficiency initiatives.
Competenze
- Qualified legal professional (private practice and/or in-house) highly regarded.
- 5–20 years' experience within legal services, legal consulting, legal operations or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, stakeholder engagement and commercial growth.
- Experience using legal technology ecosystems including CLM, eBilling, eDiscovery and AI legal tools.
- Strong understanding of challenges facing modern in-house legal departments.
- Ability to establish credibility with General Counsel, Heads of Legal and Legal Operations leaders.

- Building and nurturing relationships with client counterparts and senior business stakeholders across Asia.
- Owning the full business lifecycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Developing tailored legal resourcing, consulting and transformation solutions.
- Advising clients on legal operations, legal transformation and department optimisation.
- Engaging with legal operations leaders regarding technology adoption and workflow improvement.
- Leveraging knowledge of legal tech platforms to identify opportunities.
- Growing existing client relationships across LOD and Consilio services.
- Developing pitches, tenders and proposals.
- Partnering with marketing on campaigns and events.
- Driving cross-border opportunities with global colleagues.
- Representing the group brands externally as a market expert on trends.
- Maintaining CRM and pipeline reporting.
