Job summary

AAA Global is seeking a Macro Execution Trader for London / Hong Kong / Singapore to support a US-based senior portfolio management team. The role covers rates, FX and macro-volatility across listed and OTC markets and requires strong execution discipline.

You will provide execution coverage during European and Asian trading hours, manage orders with liquidity and market impact considerations, and work with brokers and internal teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• At least five years of macro execution experience.
• Strong execution knowledge of JGBs and/or Asian FX swaps.
• Broader experience across rates, FX and associated derivatives.
• Maturity and judgment to operate independently with limited oversight.
• Genuine long-term interest in execution.

Macro Execution Trader – London / Hong Kong / Singapore

A leading global investment platform is seeking an experienced Macro Execution Trader to support a US-based senior portfolio management team. The team trades a broad range of linear and non-linear macro strategies across global fixed income, rates, FX and volatility.

This hire will extend the team’s execution coverage across European and Asian market hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute rates, FX and macro-volatility trades across listed and OTC markets
• Provide independent execution coverage during EMEA or Asian trading hours
• Manage orders efficiently while considering liquidity, market impact and execution risk
• Monitor market developments, positions and trading activity
• Build strong relationships with brokers, dealers and internal stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with portfolio managers operating in a different time zone
• Contribute to improvements in execution processes, analytics and market coverage

Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant macro execution experience
• Strong execution knowledge of JGBs and/or Asian FX swaps
• Broader experience across rates, FX and associated derivatives
• The maturity and judgment to operate independently with limited real-time oversight
• A genuine long-term interest in remaining focused on execution
• Excellent market awareness, attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to start within three months
