Job summary

BOC International Holdings Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate/AVP, Business Management in Fixed Income to join the 1.5 line of defense risk monitoring within the front office. You will analyze risk indicators, lead trader authorization, prepare risk reports, and support deployment of new products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial institutions, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office;

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and numerical/analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Over 2 years of HK or overseas experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market, credit, liquidity and operational risk across front office.
• Lead trader authorization process.
• Prepare risk reports and monitor trade pricing fairness.
• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Participate in project implementations, system testing and new products.
• Assist in setting up and annual review of Fixed Income policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by superiors.
