You will oversee end-to-end asset accounting, participate in property valuation, and ensure timely month-end close and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience focused on fixed assets.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed assets and leases lifecycle in accounting systems.
• Manage acquisitions, disposals, and adjustments in assets records.
• Coordinate property valuation and revaluation programs.
• Ensure accurate month-end close reporting for assets and inventory.
• Process payments related to fixed assets and leases promptly.
• Establish internal controls and enforce procedures.
• Lead process improvements via technology and best practices.
