Job summary
Liquiditytech Limited is seeking a Solution Architect for Multi-Asset Institutional Solutions in Hong Kong. You will serve as the technical authority in the pre-sales cycle, shaping architectures and integration strategies for institutional clients, and acting as the ongoing technical account manager for top accounts.

Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management in FinTech, prime brokerage, or institutional trading platforms
- Proven track record designing and implementing technical infrastructure solutions for institutional clients
- Deep understanding of traditional brokerage tech, trading workflows, OEMS, and market data infrastructure
- Extensive hands-on experience designing API integrations using FIX, RESTful, and WebSocket protocols
- Hands-on experience managing UAT to go-live lifecycles and dedicated UAT environments
- Strong knowledge of multi-asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives) and crypto market structure
- Familiarity with HK financial market regulatory environment (SFC, KYC/AML)
- Highly consultative and advisory problem-solving approach with stakeholders at large institutions
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value for C-levels and desks
Responsibilities
- Partner with the commercial team as the primary technical authority during the pre-sales cycle
- Lead discovery sessions to understand clients' legacy systems and requirements
- Co-lead client engagements with product demos and architectural deep-dives
- Execute POC sessions to qualify leads and validate solutions
- Own technical, InfoSec, and architectural components of RFI/RFP responses
- Design workflows for order routing, liquidity aggregation, and post-trade models
- Architect integration strategies using FIX, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket
- Manage UAT and dedicated client-facing UAT environments
- Translate client requirements into actionable specs for global teams
- Act as ongoing technical account manager for top institutional clients
- Liaise with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance for handover and deployment
