Job summary

Arc’teryx Hong Kong is seeking a Production Manager, Finished Goods to lead a team of sourcing, quality, production and materials professionals within the Supply Chain group. Based on-location, you will partner with Head Office and vendor partners to improve speed, cost and quality while delivering on-time product.

You will coach the production team, set a clear vision, uphold Fair Labor standards, and drive continuous improvement across planning, production and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and senior leadership presentation abilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills; ERP/PLM knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive partnership with vendor partners to deliver world-class supply chain performance.
• Support HQ S&OP evolution, supply review and change management initiatives.
• Support system integration and tool development for planning.
• Optimize supply planning, production functions and processes to align with SBP and multi-channel performance.
• Manage finished goods KPI to measure planning accuracy and trends.
