Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related fields.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 2-3 years’ relevant working experience preferred.
• Proficient with accounting software; knowledge of the Flex system is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.
• Able to work responsibly, take initiative, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations: AP/AR, vouchers, bank reconciliations.
• Handle month-, quarter-, and year-end closing for Hong Kong subsidiaries.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Maintain complete accounting records; reconcile general ledger.
• Prepare consolidation schedules for interim/annual audits.
• Prepare statutory audits and annual tax returns for subsidiaries; assist in audits.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
